Inside SivoLock’s Smart Lock Manufacturing Factory in Jinhua, China
SivoLock orders are supported by a stainless steel smart lock manufacturing base in Jinhua, Zhejiang. Covering more than 4,000 square metres, including a 3,200-square-metre workshop, the facility brings together product development, metal processing, polishing, automatic cleaning, assembly, inspection and packing.
More than 70 employees work across engineering, production, quality and order preparation. Three assembly lines and more than 20 production machines support annual capacity of up to 300,000 lock sets, depending on product mix and customization requirements.

The Main Production Areas Behind Each Lock
The workshop combines metal preparation, polishing, cleaning, assembly, functional review and packing preparation.
Metal Processing
Laser cutting, stamping, hydraulic forming, welding and precision CNC engraving equipment support selected housing and structural-component requirements.
Polishing and Surface Preparation
Three polishing lines support surface preparation for stainless steel housings and handles. An automatic cleaning line removes polishing residue and prepares components for subsequent assembly or finish treatment.
Mechanical Assembly
Mechanical assembly covers the matching of panels, handles, mortises, cylinders, spindles, springs, fasteners and related structural components.
Electronic Integration and Configuration
Electronic modules, fingerprint readers, keypads, motors, wiring and available communication functions are integrated according to the selected product platform.
Functional Inspection
Inspection workstations check handle operation, mortise movement, fingerprint and PIN response, motor operation, power and alarm functions, product appearance and accessory completeness before packing.
