Catalog: Your market, whether you sell, install or specify, and the door types you work with.
Choose a Model: Door type and thickness, photos of both faces and the door edge, indoor or outdoor.
Project Quote: Door groups and quantities, access methods, finish, destination and delivery window.
OEM/ODM: The base model, your logo, finish, packaging, manual language and quantity.
Documents: Model and version, target market, the document or standard you need, and your deadline.
Technical Support: Model, a video of the problem, and the checks you have already done.
After-Sales: Order number, model, quantity affected, and photos or video; report transit damage within 7 days.
Shipping: Destination, preferred terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP) and the delivery address.
